Q. When can I take the course?
A. The course is online and is available 24 hours a day / 7 days a weekend you can take the course online whenever your schedule permits.
Q. How many courses do you offer?
A. We offer only one course, which is the 1st Bankruptcy course, and we provide it in 3 different formats: basic(read only), audio and video.

Q. How long does the course take to complete?
A. Most of our clients can complete the course in 60 to 90 minutes.
Q. Do you offer the course in Spanish?
A. Yes, we offer all 3 formats in Spanish at no additional cost and we have certified Spanish speaking counselors for your convenience.
Q. Can I start and come back later to finish?
A. Yes, when you want to stop you can log out and all your information will be saved and when you have time you can login and finish at your own pace.
Q. Do I need to take the course with my spouse/partner if we are filing together?
A. Yes, you both must take the entire course together.
Q. If filing with a spouse/partner, do we need to pay for two packages?
A. Yes, when filing with a spouse/partner you will need to purchase two packages because it is required for each of you to have your own certificate in your own name.
Q. If filing with a spouse/partner, do we need one or two accounts?
A. You only need one account that you will share with your spouse/partner while taking the course together.
Q. How long is the certificate active?
A. The certificate is active for 180 days.
